The rooms were clean and equipped with extra blankets, ensuring our comfort despite the chilly night. The tea and coffee facilities were a welcome delight. Our family particularly enjoyed exploring the local area, famous for hiking and cycling trails. One afternoon, we hiked nearby paths, taking in the beautiful landscapes that resonated with my wildlife passion. Although the pub was closed during our visit, the responsive staff were available to assist us promptly. The Half Moon Inn offered a welcoming atmosphere for families, and I look forward to returning for more culinary experiences and outdoor adventures.
